OUR PRODUCTS
Many of the items we sell are vintage, or at least not brand new, and have been previously owned, used and loved please be aware of that when purchasing. Items are sold as-is.

We usually will only have one of each item, but occasionally we will have more, depending on the item. Check our store - if we have similar things we usually list them at the same time.

We do our best to describe items accurately and take good photographs so you know what you are purchasing. If we notice any wear or flaws we will note them in the listing.

We are only human, not experts in everything we sell, but we do our best to be accurate and honest. If you need more information or additional photos, just ask, we will get back to you as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours.

PAYMENT TERMS
Californians will have sales tax added to their invoice.
Payment is expected within 5 days or the item will be relisted.
We prefer Paypal and Google Checkout as payment methods.

SHIPPING
Merchandise will ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. We usually ship UPS ground. UPS guarantees delivery in one to five business days after we ship, depending on your location. We are located in San Diego, California, so delivery time will vary depending on what coast you are on. For small parcels less than 2 pounds we will usually ship US Priority Mail.

INSURANCE
We do not charge you for shipping insurance.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We can ship Air, but the shipping will of course be higher, usually significantly so. Please contact us BEFORE you purchase so we can give you a quote based on the speed you need.

MEDIA MAIL RATE FOR BOOKS
We offer a Media Mail Rate for Book, DVDs and Videos.
Keep in mind that media mail, while inexpensive, is quite slow. It is possible it could take a few weeks to arrive. Media Mail rate packages may not include non-media purchases. If you purchase a book and other items together we will ship UPS.

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
International Packages ship within 3 business days of payment confirmation. We ship International First Class for smaller, light weight items and Priority for packages over 4 pounds.

RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Please contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your items. A Return Authorization # will be issued. Item must be sent back to us within 2 business days after the RA# is issued. You may return your item via USPS or UPS at your cost. The RA# must appear on the package. A refund of the purchase price (excluding outbound shipping) less 15% restocking fee will be issued once the item is received by us and inspected. It must be returned to us in the same condition as sent out to receive refund of purchase price.

If there was damage in shipping please keep the packaging and if possible send a photo so we can submit a claim and send you a refund.
